It's obvious the reason that the Chairman sold his shares. He is part of the historical shell and therefore he will be replaced by a more appropriate Chairman. Maybe the Chairman was lined up and there was a delay re his appointment. He probably sold thinking he was resigning and didn't care.
That's my opinion and I believe you will see his resignation in the very near future.
I actually was a IPO holder and decided to exit all my holdings. I'm just going to watch how this trades in the next few days to decided if I buy back in or look for other trades.
