Looks like being set up for a take over and not by a cash purchase but by whoever stumped up the last lot of cash. Obviously Chinese money with a Chinese board. Last time I saw this type of action was when Ansteel took Karara off Gindalbie. Shareholders of Gindalbie walked away with zilch.
