Wow, I thought the same thing at first.. But then I thought...

How many chairman of the board do you think would be happy with a fee of $60,000 a year... What incentive would that give them to do well..

This was decided in early November when he came on board and the share price was much lower.. He receives $5.000 a month...

Seems he has been very busy since then.. Look at his background and you will see they got a good one.. And the fact he is willing to be paid mainly in shares rather than cash should say it all.. It certainly is a great incentive for him to get this thing moving and quickly.. And avoid capital raising for as long as possible...

Looking at what they have and what has happened I think it may well be a good move in the end... If he doesn't make the company work then his shares aren't worth much.. Great incentive...

So after thinking about it I changed my mind and thought ...nice..
