You realise these are European style options, right?
They cannot be exercised (converted to shares) until the expiry date. To realise any profit before then, you need to close out the open option position, in this case by selling the call options which are in the money. Your profit will be the difference between the purchase and sale price of the option.
Eg if you bought the option at 0.003, you can sell at current Bid price which is 0.002 - for a 33.33% loss. (As at time of posting).
