Thanks for the response, it's much appreciated. I feel like I've seen this movie before though. It's very hard to operate based on the "hope" that people may or may not convert company options, even if they are relatively close to expiry. I feel if you explained that to any partner or overseas buyer they'd be quite concerned and they'd want a more secure future for their agreement.
I personally believe that a cap raise is inevitable in the coming months. Why? Because if you're right, and the SP is falling based on option conversions, then are they going to wait until more options are converted and a SP of 50 cents to raise more money? It's doubtful. Better to do it ASAP while you can still get a good price.
