This has been Giulio's job ever since he separated the project from developing a rail, port and mine. Since palming the rail and port off to the Cameroonians he's sole focus for nearly 2 years has been to advance the mine. Unable to achieve anything he has now grabbed the incentive of 200 million options to encourage himself to do a better job.
