Perhaps Buffett feels his investment in Berkshire Hathaway provides plenty of diversification. His company is far more diverse across sectors & geographies compared to A2 Milk.
Only time will tell if these most recent director sales are a harbinger of doom. 2016 provided several examples of director sales prior to profit downgrades. ACX, BAL & SRX come readily to mind.
