Sorry for digging up an old thread, but I can't help thinking why GB and other directors was in a rush in Feb to offload so many shares after the 'conservative' outlook being laid out then.
Look at the SP now, he could had made NZ$3m other than NZ$2m, as a long holder myself I had been very confident about holding A2M for years only until recently SP started testing $3.0 watermark, but surely for him, he should knew better than me that how strong the sales was going at that time....
Was he biased for being an insider at the time? Was the company conservative outlook(Feb) biased his personal view on the company at that time.
$1m...gone..
