The point is he would not sell he shares if A2M was the best company to invest his money.
He thinks other companies will outperform A2M which he is buying other companies and selling A2M
This is the interpretation the market normally make when a director sells his shares and buys shares somewhere else
It is a logical conclusion for the market to make
