SMH, just plainly SMH - shakes my head
You know what, I have long been all for keeping Kevin Joyce, but his performance in the last few weeks by upgrading the resource figures thus enabling them all to get a one last grab at some free shares is IMO not in the best interest of ALL of the companies share holders and more aligned to his fellow board members and just added to their voting power, so he can go if he wants now that all the pockets have been lined!!!!
I also notice, that he has taken "shares" in lieu of cash owing, one could only imagine why he would do that, and in all honesty I can only think of one, but is this legal? I assume it would be, BUT you would think if he was interested in the company he could of taken the money and brought on market to give the SP a bit of a boost.
Sprott have exercise more of their unlisted options, as well as other unlisted options being exercised (10.4c) ones which are either the directors (didn't show in the just released 3Y's) or GAS.
So obviously, they are trying to get all the supporting shares they can so add another 2.2 million to your total guys.....
