I cannot understand what you are trying to say, please explain. I am one of the instigators for the EGM and I lived by myself in country NSW on a property. Having backed the existing board for 3 years, it is time to change so that we can move on to the next stage. It is nothing personal but I do not believe the current board has the means and ability to carry the company forward than what it has done so far. I have invested a substantial amount in BGS and want some return for my money.I don't have any motive but the betterment of the company and to benefit all shareholders. Is that too much to ask?
