Completely agree. How can someone convinced of a turnaround not be loading up on this stock? Does he have something against making money? If he can turn this around, he will make a fortune. In fact, he would only have to steady the ship to do well. I think the Directors should at least be forcing him to take some of his pay in stock.
As for the Director purchases, small amounts are better than nothing and wives purchases are usually done for tax purposes.
