I dont know the Ins and Outs of this company and have no interest in it. But from my personal experience, I am talking purely from the school communications program. It lures people in by giving a false sense of credit that is accumulated so if you leave you loose this credit. Although the credit can not be used to offset other costs (Maybe this is there successful business model).
I know a lot of schools to get around utilizing services like this are having centrally run SMS systems, so I think this type of program is a dieing breed.
Thirdly, we ringing for accounts/technical support each time it has resulted in sorry everyone is in meetings EVERY time.
Maybe they are a great company, but i was shocked when i seen them on the ASX. The way it operated i thought they were a 2 man show operating out of someones house.
