The announcement indicated that the shares were held initially in a joint super fund in the names of Ian and Caroline Dennis.  This was an off market settlement with no cash changing hands. The residue are now held in Ian Dennis's own name.  The Court ordered the transfer under the Family Law Act.  The explanation seems fairly clear.  

This would not be barred by AP's Securities Trading Policy, but is pretty awful timing for Ian, because he is barred from acquiring more for quite some considerable time.
