With as much respect as i can muster this trivialises the compensation arrangement and typifies the Aussie mentality of tall poppy crap.
The salary she gets is for a usual Chair role - meetings, strategy etc but she has done a ridiculous amount of extra work for zero salary so YES she has been compensated for all that extra work done to date and into the future. I have only met her once and I'd say we got a bargain.
I hope she does sell them and realise some actual compensation for all the effort so far - I know there are plenty of buyers for them.
