I was at the AGM and part of the discussion on remuneration and the related discussion of finding a CEO. I asked Dr Hockings (who was leading the resolution discussion) who the CEO was, he advised that SU was Exec Chair till appointment of a CEO. My comment at the time to BH was that we were getting off lightly. Additionally, at this time I prefer shares to cash for remuneration until cash situation is better.
I was getting disheartened by the performance of previous PYC Boards - but I'm pretty comfortable and heartened by this Board led by SU.
