    I don't have a problem with management not buying shares. They already make up a large percentage of the share holding.

    Really when it comes down to it. We have no idea on managements financial situation. The options are part of their salaries. I am not going to judge them.

    The only way we should judge them is on there achievements. i keep saying. If they land a sales contract or two no one will care about the options or the delays in mining.
