    Ok, there is nothing untoward about this option exercise. There is no suggestion that this is related to any news whatsoever.

    I'm not sure why people are reading into this.
    The options were exercised because tomorrow they expire. So ask yourself, would you pay $60k to exercise them and have them instantly worth almost $400k OR let them expire and be worthless?
