Why would it drop in your opinion? As I'm sure you understand that fully diluted means that all performance milestones have then been satisfied, (and only then are such shares issued) and I would assume that at that stage the valuation would be significantly higher on that basis. Hence the reason for Companies using performance milestones on value adding events - no purpose for them otherwise. But please use a fully diluted calculation at this point in the picture if it suits you.
