Not a huge purchase, but a meaningful one. It tells me that he is trying to send shareholders a message of confidence. However, it also tells me that nothing material is on the immediate horizon as that would prevent a director transaction. Perhaps it is all clear for the new CEO to send a strong message as well. Actions speaking louder than words etc etc.
