We have seen ICICI Bank just launch a loan via ATM using AI to do the KYC and eligibility.
Now this warms my heart.We at TSI India are continually evaluating a variety of solutions to layer on our plain vanilla cash withdrawals.
Can't share too much but lots of interesting stuff with AI and Deep Learning ,but some are no Brainers like bill pay.But that's the tip of the iceberg.
I would love to use this forum for suggestions , all are welcome how ever whacky they might seem.
We will sift and seive what meets RBI guidelines etc along with what we r already working on.This real estate will grow and fast for sure but not just plain Vanilla cash alone!
