I think I saw a similar one, but is related to directors selling, regardless if the share price is high or low, directors selling large chunks without good explanation often leads to SP fall, BAL is the perfect example.
Directors buying is often confidence in the future of the business or showing support, but @$man SGH is another example of over confidence, aggressive strategy, over burden with debt, and wrong entry time into the UK, who would have thought in 12 months the government will change the legislation, a better comparison to SGH is TEVA.
