Um, how did you get 5%? According to my calculations, he sold less than 1% of holdings, and according to my understanding, he is on close to twice the amount you have quoted, thus the amount he has sold is rather trivial. Who knows why he sold, and who cares why? The timing doesn't suit us, as such news never hits the market well. But the market will get over it, the good announcements will still follow, probably sooner than we are now imagining, and pessimists will be back to singing their praises. I would prefer to see small parcels sold, than see announcement after announcement, all titled 'Lapse of Options'.
