This is a publicly listed company so any shareholder has the right to question the actions of Directors. Especially price sensitive actions such as insider selling and the timely nature of it. Whether its $5 worth of shares or not, investors have been waiting patiently on publicly released milestones that have not be delivered or communicated so when the only announcement we get is Directors selling.
