My best guess is we are all amateurs on this forum. Director sold 5% of his holding, is on 270K per year so who on earth knows his motivation. Publically obliged to disclose the sale but no ones business to know why and even worse to speculate.
If you can see the writing is on the wall, best to sell now then and remind the rest of us later.
