Directors are free to trade their stock outside of blockout windows
However, considering the company paid for research and knew it was coming, IMO they should have implemented their own blackout on trading
Funny that is runs from 1.4c to 2.4c, trades 100M’s of shares, and it all takes to kill sentiment is 6M shares being sold by director
