Yes, New NZ governmet is going to shut down all mines, all oil and gas operations, cattle farms, ban cars, close down petrol stations and ban building using non-recyclable materials.
Then NZ government will stop importing all the stuff from China and other Asian countries that have a record of using child labour. They'll ban fluoride and chlorine from water, stop building roads (because that means digging stuff).

And then and then and then, we can gather around a tree (not a fire unfortunately because NZ government will introduce Tree Rights, and open up a Tree-Rights Watch to make sure no tree in NZ suffers from abuse). Yep. We'll gather around a tree, and sing hallelujah to Lord Shiva (or whatever hippies worship these days) the Protector of everything Green, and live happily ever after!

As for "SPP's" that you have seen..Please enlighten us, how many you have seen and which companies exactly?
