good to see and especially NED Chairman although its only $10k but a good start as I don't normally invest in juniors or speculative entrepreneurial companies unless board have a proven track record and definitely have to have some significant skin in the game with their own money. a positive for once. I don't buy that a chairman should be independent and not have any shares in the company he represents, this IMO is a a silly and misguided recommedation for small companies and as we all know many junior chairs do have significant shareholdings and even some chairs are executives.
positive move but given the chair has invested today, I don't think we can expect any significant announcements in the short term at least, given continuous disclosure rules. anyway a small positive step. IMO DYOR etc
