I not sure what he paid for his shares, if indeed he acquired them for nicks due to performance rights etc. It looks to me he wanted his cash and maybe profit to be free carried through the ride. I doubt whether this stock would have hit 7 bucks without Williams selling a stake to Instos. He needs to sell much more to be frank for this to fly. Or simply he is waiting for takeover offer. Whether we like it or not the cards are in his hands!!!!!!! If the stock was not so tightly held this stock would be much higher. Thankfully people like mvp it seems. More SH's means more stakeholders and transparency. Not that we ain't getting the latter by the way. To me the new investors are all about strategically positioning themselves. That can be good and bad, but mostly good. Usually!!!
