Or you should ask yourself will DCC share price be where it is today or worst still, will this company be still around if these guys didn't come onboard and I stand to lose everything?
BGL are shrewd operators and know when to strike at bargain prices when a company are in financial despair, just like the recent merger we saw with BTCS as well. Frankly, I don't think DCC have much bargaining power if at all when the deal was struck and pretty much agreed to whatever terms they want. It's a win win for both parties as BGL couldn't list on the ASX and DCC was very desperate for cash at the time.
Well at least 85 million of BGL shares won't be dumped on the market as they're escrowed for 12 months to show their commitment.
