You should be pissed off.. extremely so..
Performance has been dismal.. decisions have been ordinary at best.. some bad luck.. other things beyond our (tl"s) control.. and the rest.. well f me.
Is he the best man for the job? I wouldn't go that far.. but he's the best we got (atm).. and as i said before.. his interests are very much aligned with ours.
NIU have had a chequered history.. much before tl even got there.. so i don't think it's "all his fault"..
As for mgmt.. i dont believe amg were helpful at all.. and there have been recent additions. Maybe there will be some more to help with decisions and strategic thinking.
At the end of the day we need performance.. and something to show for money spent. We haven't got that "yet" but i am convinced we're not all that far away.
Time will tell.. i do hope i don't have to wait too long.
After having lost sooo much money and time.. im certainly willing to see this a little further.
GL to everyone.. wont be many who are in the green at these prices...
