thfc61. Nice to hear from an industry insider. I was thinking from the Wisetech presentations that what they were doing with their software services tweaks was always aimed at being a win-win, by that I mean a win for the customer and a win for us. With all their data gathering they should be able to demonstrate to the customer that every service has a positive value. That is the kind of company I like to be with. If I detect a reputation for bullying, gouging or unfairness by them then I'm off.
