I Don't think that is it.
Perhaps in the AGM, some people left realizing that the company is going to hit all the milestones next year. This means that directors will end up having their performance shares. This also means that the company will have atleast 5 mil in revenue next year.
I think this is a large holding reducing their exposure. This surely means that there is an opportunity for this stock to bag at least once before September next year. The director buying although a small token is an indication of that.
