Suggest you read the legislation regarding Two Strike Law on Remuneration - your half concocted theories are of no help to investors on here assessing opportunities and to say the very least are very misleading (if SHs are complaining about constant dilution from Directors converting unpaid salaries into securities (albeit at below market rates under the banner of "Rights Issue" - then how can it be good for the Company to continue to agree to remunerate a Director for an amount of money that it does not have, or is that too logical for you to comprehend?), added to that one may also be able to draw a conclusion that you are very close, in some way, to the Board of this Company by the way you carry on - there has been no recent announcements of production, there is no information that I could find on the Company's website that the MD was in PNG supervising truck deliveries.


If it makes no sense for the spill (in your wee conception) then why do you think there was a significant vote by SHs for the spill, and why are there so many "Against" votes for the re-election of Directors - which for your mis-information the MD was not just re-elected (check the AGM resolutions - muppet!!) - surely informed SHs fully understand the implication of the spill and did so for a reason - so why not try and find out instead of just beating the muppet drum!
