Debt to equity conversion done recently ....yet now a 7m shares $14k on market sale...agree not a good look, but perhaps he needed/wanted some cash.....they haven't received a penny for a long time he is only yhr secretary....can't think of anything else....fact we have a notice now would suggest no more further sales...tbh was wondering where that supply was coming from..
