This is another non event IMO, the guy is entitled to run his finances how ever he sees fit. Just because he is a director, one who is not getting paid and would be sacrificing who know what in his own law firm to step in and try and fix the mess we are, where, in, he is still entitled to buy and sell how ever he wants to, providing the market is up to date. Anyone who does not think Joe believes in the company and has it's, our, best interests at heart, needs to stand back and have a look at the bigger picture. I have no doubt that if push comes to shove he will step in, as he has done already, and do what ever is needed to keep the show on the road.
