Selling to meet personal debts.. what a crock..
What else is the chairman going to say when he sold after the orchestrated pump -- right near the top, getting an average price of 4.56c ( selling 6.189m shares ) and then buying back the following day almost a quarter of what he sold -- this stinks..!!
Management that buy or sell shares in their company is one thing.. to TRADE them on consecutive days is something completely different.
I had some and sold.. and so glad I did. Want nothing to do with management that deal with their supporters like this.. Selling them their own personal shares.. then buying it back after others copped a +25% haircut.
Wouldn't be surprised if someone sent ASIC an email or two over such conduct.
Run a mile.. and pick up the rotten fruit again somewhere low to mid 2c where it's been trading for 3 months..
