The initial Apendix 3Y stated Nature of Change: Acceptance of T2 Offer. But according to bidders statement you cant withdraw your acceptance:
17 Can I withdraw my
acceptance?
Under the Offer Terms, you cannot withdraw your
acceptance unless a withdrawal right arises under the
Corporations Act. Such a withdrawal right will arise if, after
you have accepted the Offer, the Bidder varies the Offer
in a way that postpones, for more than one month, the
time when the Bidder has to meet its obligations under the
Offer (for example, if the Bidder extends the Offer for more
than one month while the Offer remains conditional).
