I appreciate how you've attempted to produce a similar dollar value for the share price. It's even better to see it resemble something in par with the market.

I know many investors would throw discouragement at you and say you didn't include this and that, but I think it's better as it's simple and logical, it includes all the major aspects of the overall worth (assets, liabilities), and you simply divided that by the shares on issue. That makes sense.

I also had a look at your more recent post about Real Estate Dynamics (RED) and they have a very attractive rent roll. I'm also interested reading today's announcement about conversations with international business partners. This will eliminate the fear in those shy investors who won't invest as they believe it will be contradicting the law in regards to bidding on rent, which as previously mention by yourself is understandable.

Lastly, you touched on blockchain, I'm still personally hesitant on it, but I had a brief read of the link you provided, and I too believe it is coming to light with government applications. I was at the airport and saw something about PayID. I haven't really looked into that as such, but the uses of blockchain may piggyback of that. I know smart contacts or something similar is accelerating in the block chain industry at present. I'm not saying I'm against block chain, but I'd like to see a more practical use in more powerful positions e.g. government use it first.
