I am prepared to go the opposite to you and that is that it is merely some share shuffling as a result of the SNC position and the early stirrings of the sand by giving 1AG notice of a failure to disclose which they referred to as "administrative oversight" in their announcement.

Still plenty more to come sub 7 cents is my bet as I dont believe there is a pending deal on the table and that they are still looking for one or at least hoping someone will come knocking with a deal for them.

Time will tell, as always.
