He doesn't work for a salary. And converting 150k in options is no big deal for BB. An investor himself, based on what I know about his actions in the ASX market he is just ticking the boxes here. While looking after himself he can also give that vote of confidence to his shareholders. No doubt he knows that this will sit well with investors but I won't read into it much more than that. I'd be more encouraged by another top 20 buying millions more shares on market.
