You probably saw the chart that fell off a cliff about 4 months ago also. That’s because Geoff Pocock, our old CEO quit cause his wife has cancer.. another board member bailed with him. He still holds a massive chunk of shares and options from my understanding. Andrew Cornejo, the inventor of hazer (and chief tech officer) also has a massive chunk of shares.
We have a new CEO pending (hopefully), and a couple of new crew that will hopefully put their hand in their pockets. But there are only specific times when they can. Due to insider trading rules..
The major stakes in the top 20 should be significant and have skin in the game. MIN have.a massive stake and deservedly so. As they are funding and building the Pilot plant.
I personally am not concerned about the lack of board ownership proportionally.
