Frank historically has taken the salary earned from MNS and bought shares each month and has been doing that for some time, so there is some argument should ASIC come knocking that the purchase is not related to announcement given his track record.

You could argue the same for Marc, but we are talking about 4 purchases for him, so in that case, it may raise some eyebrows.

I'll reiterate my agreement to the previous comment that there is nothing preventing a director purchasing immediately before an announcement, but the optics of that would not look good, hence my GUESS that they would not want to make a price sensitive announcement in the next few days.

I'm struggling to see what the big deal with that comment is, but each to their own.
