Sorry if it's a stupid question, but: Can anyone say under what name(s) his shares are held?
He doesn't appear (by name) anywhere on the 31 May list of top 20 shareholders (https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...41061/AVZ_Top 20 Shareholders_31 May 2018.pdf), where individual holdings range from about 220mill to 6mill, with only the top five (all institutions) holding more than about 40mill. But somehow, by 4 June, Klaus held 63mill, of which he then sold more than half. Did he convert a huge number of performance rights or unlisted options in the first few days of June (without it being reported) in order to immediately realise a profit on them? Or what?
