They wouldn’t, just speaking in generalities. Irregular 15% +/- gets different responses from ASX (the latter being none at all) where by their own regulations they should be equal. Of course this one is explained already and Klaus hasn’t done anything wrong on paper - unless it turns out he did this based on known background activities that will further depress the price in the near future - ASIC have been more than useless enforcing insider trading laws, so no comfort there.
