I don't believe in the lack of tax selling for this stock. The price of the is the same as it was 12 months ago. There was a peak in Sept 17. You sell if you have made a loss. With no movement in the stock, you have no loss. People would have sold in the previous year(s). Hopefully for all there is a turnaround soon.
