This is beautiful.
We get an announcement that RF has increased his holdings, and wonder what it means about coming material announcements, since he needs to keep in the clear from acting on insider trading based on undisclosed deals and developments.
But then two minutes later, we get another announcement that SR has reduced his holdings.
It is difficult to make a case on insider knowledge, when one insider is buying and the other is selling !
