    Hi Robbo. You are correct. If Frank has automated buying setup, which this possibly is. It seems irrelevant (according to point 9) whether he as trustee is considered a relevant person or his, if any, co-trustees. ASIC may know his trust structure. I don't. However the amount is not allowed to vary and I think it has before so it may or may not be automatic. So, in that case, maybe a market sensitive ANN sooner?
