I have seen token buys from the main directors of other graphite...

I have seen token buys from the main directors of other graphite companies. $20k or under every few years. Seems like they don't believe in their company as much as the holders do. And most of those directors are on much bigger pay packets.

For example Perter Tsegas from Magnis is a non director and has a low salary yet the person doing the same job for another graphite company whose share price has barely moved in the last 4 years is on a package of over $500k. Four times as much. Somebody is getting duped and it ain't Magnis holders.

Somehow I feel that this might be the last time Frank gets them so cheap. Maybe a small delay for the next announcement but damn those drums are getting louder by the day.
