    It does not matter, if you believe SP will rise in coming months, converting is a no brainer because, say if you wanted to buy 200,000 shares on market you cannot @17 cents you would have to pay up to 20 cent to get a full amount of 200,000 , and there is no costs involved converting, I have converted all my 320,000 options
